  Oh, Bar Louie... unlike our love of the Kirkwood location, our experiences here have been hit or miss. Sometimes we get great, attentive servers and sometimes we leave empty handed because we couldn't get a drink (true story on 2 occasions). The food is a good middle priced option in the CWE if you're looking for a night out that doesn't break the bank.
  They also serve sangria in pitchers, which is a great option for those nights when service is slower.

  Fun atmosphere. Bar Louie balances offering a dinner for two and a sports bar happy hour scene. I think they offer both simultaneously.

  Pretty good happy hour. M-F 4- 7 I believe. The calamari was half price and my goose island draft was only $3.25. The music is loud, so don't expect a nice dinner conversation without nearly yelling, but the food and drinks are good! At least what I got. :)
