  Terrible service! Sat at the table for 20 minutes before I had to get up and let the manager know that we needed water. When we finally got something to drink it was from the manager. He brought us biscuits but gave us no plates so we used our napkins as plates.
  
  He didn't come back to touch base so we went to another person of authority. This guy was a man from Chicago visiting to check out the operations of CB. He brought us plates upon request. He apologized and sent a waitress right over.
  I ordered the 1/4 lb bacon burger w Colby Jack to be cooked medium. Fries were my side. Upon receiving my order I had wilted lettuce, overcooked cold fries (brown). They put American cheese instead of Colby.
  
  Finally when the manager from Chicago did a table touch I pointed out the problems and he was very apologetic. He didn't want to see me go without food so he brought out a new platter and didn't charge me.
  I normally til at least 20% but I couldn't this time.
  
  Experience was terrible but I appreciated the manager visiting from Chicago.

  Terrible service. Food nasty. Thrown together sloppy. Drinks and food came all at separate times. No orders where correct. Steak went back 3 times. Disgusting and disappointed never ever again . Save your money go else where. Ugh
