  The BBQ Chicken salad is great, but the French Onion Soup is no where near as great as it used to be. I don't even order it anymore and it was something I came to Saint Louis Bread Co for. Service was good but I was appalled to discover you need a pass code to use the restroom.

  Waste your money quickly. Do yourself a favor: learn about the many other non-fast food offerings for less in STL that, for a comparable price, are significantly more likely to satisfy. Not impressed with the staff.

  I work in a restaurant, so I know good customer service when I see it. Whoever is responsible for training this staff needs a raise. This is some of the best service I've gotten. I did not expect to be treated like this at a Bread Co (Not Panera, it's Bread Co get it right) The young lady who got my order was very nice and repeated everything back to me exactly right. Food was great as usual. Then when I was done a young man even came by to take my plates. Good job Bread Co. I'm coming back.
