  Watched the cashier have a conversation with someone at the counter who wasn't buying anything for awhile. I was never acknowledged at all. There were 3 people behind the counter chatting and not making any orders - none asked what I needed. Finally got sick of it and walked out - didn't seem to concern any of them that a potential sale walked out the door. Just awful.

  We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The Starbucks in the Hilton Ballpark was the absolute WORST Starbucks we've ever been to. I cannot believe this is a "real" Starbucks. The employees border on being rude and slow as heck.... oh, and the coffee was not hot.

  Older hotel Starbucks just inside the Hilton lobby. Unique in that it's also a frozen yogurt shop. Can be very busy during morning rush and they don't have the pre-order feature on the Starbucks app.
  
  The nearby Hyatt at the Arch has a much better Starbucks two blocks to the northeast.
